Before becoming an independent consultant, Réslène built 6 years of experience in marketing and communications, including 4 years as Marketing Manager in an international environment with a full 360° scope. Her missions covered everything from communication strategy and planning, social media creation and video content production to event planning and operational support for sales teams.

Over the years, Réslène has led a complete corporate rebranding, supported communication during an acquisition, and orchestrated large-scale team-building events abroad, handling every detail from concept to execution for groups of 75 to 130 employees. These experiences have strengthened her ability to manage complex projects end to end, bringing together strategic vision and operational excellence across channels.
