As for any important occasion where you host people to celebrate an event, effective communication and management are paramount. With The Big Whale, we were proud to be their communications and events partner for #TBWAwards24. This collaboration helped position TBW as a key actor in the Web3 ecosystem, and made a great impression on attendees. For us working backstage to ensure its total success, it also provided invaluable insights into the event design, stakeholder engagement, and broader communications strategy within the dynamic Web3 ecosystem.

I believe that the success of any event lies in its meticulous design and flawless execution. Our partnership with The Big Whale allowed us to curate an unforgettable experience, from the stunning venue to the captivating performance to the incredible stage set-up and lightmapping. Every detail was carefully crafted to immerse attendees in the world of Web3 with sophistication.

The scope of our mission encompassed everything from event branding to engaging with stakeholders and venue and caterers, as well as curation of digital artworks for an on-site exhibition. It was a multifaceted endeavor that required meticulous planning, coordination, and a keen eye for detail. Through collaborative efforts, we were able to bring TBW’s vision to life and create an atmosphere that resonated with attendees long after the event concluded.

From online communications to social media, speeches to graphic design production, our focus was on ensuring that TBW’s message reached its intended audience loud and clear. By leveraging our expertise in stakeholder engagement and strategic communications, we were able to elevate TBW’s brand presence and foster meaningful connections within the Web3 community.

In the digital age, effective communication is the cornerstone of success. Our partnership with The Big Whale extended beyond the confines of the event itself, encompassing a broader communications strategy aimed at engaging stakeholders and amplifying our message across multiple channels.

Feedback gathered from TBW, sponsors, jury members and other stakeholders made us very, very proud! The evening marked TBW’s celebration of Web3 leaders but also our achievement of high-quality event organization and communications.

But of course, as with any endeavor, there were challenges along the way, but each obstacle served as an opportunity for growth and improvement. Internally, we gathered our own feedback: we set up a moment to provide valuable evaluation and insights into areas for refinement and enhancement.

Our “lessons learned” emphasized critical points that we realized were crucial for our success: the importance of flexibility, adaptability, but also meticulous planning. From ensuring technical readiness to creating an ambiance aligned with the brand, every aspect required careful consideration and execution.
